About MLE Associates
Our company founder, Tim Manhire, was an investigator with HM Customs for 29 years, specialising primarily in counter narcotics, often based internationally. Then when it was created he was recruited by the Serious Organised Crime Agency as a Senior Manager.
Tim's final post was as Executive Director at the internationally acclaimed Maritime Analysis and Operations Centre (Narcotics) MAOC (N). He has a unique and universally endorsed knowledge of matters relating to Maritime Security events particularly in relation to constabulary events. He is often invited to give advice and opinion on this and wider security-related issues.
In recent years he has appeared on television on Crimewatch (Life on the Streets), BBC South and RTE News in Ireland as well as giving interviews in distinguished newspapers such as The Sunday Telegraph and The Guardian whilst also featuring in internationally known journals such as Visao in Portugal and Janes International.
Tim is a renowned speaker and presenter and has spoken as an acknowledged expert at numerous International Conferences.
